I took 3 weeks off (basically) to get married, recover & honeymoon.....I have never walked away from work for such a great length of time. Here are ten things i learned from the experience
1: I need 2 weeks of vacation, MAX. I was bored and listless by the end.
2: Taking time off so close to the holidays is STUPID, STUPID, STUPID.
3. I will never retire.
4. I always forget how well I work under pressure.
5. Making ceramics for a living is difficult and dries out your skin.
6.Yoga is essential.
7. I finally learned to not bring work home with me.
8. Sometimes its okay to drink at work.
9.Having a supportive husband has made my life easier.
10. I can't wait till December 22. (The last day of shipping is the 21st)
